Emotional Integration is a way to bring consciousness where there seems to be suffering inside of you. Through simple, conscious observation of the ego masks, emotions such as anger, fear, jealousy, or heartbreak can be resolved without drama. By taking responsibility for your emotions, you are able to go back to a peaceful, happy life.
